    Marquis can you have a dedicated video on how you run EOS in Asana? So much to learn but your set up is AMAZING! If you could you’d be amazing.

    Can you show how you set up that sophisticated sales data dashboard? how did you set up the source data within asana and what external tools where maybe used to log the data?

      I'll definitely add that to my list of video ideas. You might also find this video helpful where I explain how I built my sales pipeline in Asana: ruclips.net/video/dVgM6xwwYDg/видео.html

    Hi Marquis, I just found your channel yesterday. I am trying to set up the operations for a startup that I am building with a few other team members called Financial Hope. I absolutely love your materials. I would love to see a video for how to set up this 2.0 version of your SOP database and one for how you build the scorecard page. Those both would be incredibly invaluable. Keep up the great work man!

    Hey Marquis - there are only so many colours available - is there a method to the madness when choosing colour for the different software you use on the SOP page or do you just pick colours at random?

    • @MarquisMurray
      @MarquisMurray  Месяц назад

      Great question! For software, I try to keep the colour to one of the main colours that the app uses. Due to the limited selection, there is some overlap, but it’s simply a personal preference for me.

    Hello Marquis, quick question, since you are tracking KPI's through time, how do you avoid having too many columns on the right? Do you just track the last month then put the data somewhere else, delete to get a fresh start in the new month, and then start populating again?

    • @MarquisMurray
      @MarquisMurray  18 дней назад +1

      This is a project template that is used for each new month. There is only one column for the previous months results, yes. Then I add each project to a portfolio and group by quarter. After each month I archive the project, but can still look back.

    Hi Marquis, we're working with asana for over a month now, when I'm assigning tasks to members I see that they're able to delete it without me knowing and that will create a chaos in my business. How can I prevent users from deleting tasks?

    • @MarquisMurray
      @MarquisMurray  Месяц назад

      Hey,
      There are currently limited options available, particularly depending on your account type.
      If you are using a Premium or Enterprise account, you can manage user permissions to some extent. You can set users as "comment-only" members, which prevents them from deleting tasks. However, this also restricts their ability to edit tasks, which may not be ideal for all situations.
      For Enterprise accounts, more granular controls are available. Admins can set permissions that allow only certain users (like project admins) to delete tasks. This means you can designate specific team members who have the authority to delete tasks, while others can still create and edit them without the risk of deletion.
      Hope this helps!
